The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional, a special salute to the lovely gentleman from the Ginger bar :).

very spacious complex, the room we had was super large, also the balcony with sea view and greenery. Food good too. town within walking distance you have to be good on your feet. but you don't have to leave the hotel, plenty of fun.

Central location. Staff were at reception whenever I required advice/assistance and were helpful. Friendly, multi lingual staff working throughout the establishment. Plenty of facilities and entertainment, for those that wanted it. Plenty of varied food.

Staff were wonderful. At reception, in the restaurant, at the bar. The cleaning staff everyone smiling. Always saying Hola and remembering our names. Also pool area was very relaxing and clean. Good choice of food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Tea and coffee and drinks available all day at pool bar. Very close to the wonderful beach in morro jable and a short walk to the old town.. Plenty of shops and restaurants, bars along the main strip not far from the hotel.

The staff, the food, the atmosphere, everything was marvelous. Probably the best accommodation on the island. We were there in January so totally off season, but it wasn't empty at all. The programs were also great, the kids club, the parties, the live music.. exceptional.

The staff are so friendly, and professional from our check in on reception giving us a full run down of timings and where everything is situated to the staff working in the buffet. The place was huge like a village! The room was big enough for 2 people, the staff very friendly even if they knew English or not. We felt nice when the cleaner helped us find our room the first day as we were a bit lost and she didn't speak English. We had all inclusive and we loved the buffet offered in all different meals and the drinks included. The also had snacks between the meals so it was all day long food! Tasty food, plenty of options, smiley staff and chefs and we appreciated their services during our meals. We also used the jacuzzi and it was really nice and relaxing. The place is perfect to relax and enjoy the fact that everything is ready for you! The beach is just in front of the resort and it's an amazing sandy one - great to swim if not windy. The location of the resort is quite far from the airport - an hour and a few minutes. It also had pools to enjoy and even a kids one! Definitely recommended it!
