O Hotel Torre Del Conde está situado no centro de San Sebastián, em Gomera, a 200 metros da marina. In all of the reviews that I have done, I think that this hotel has been the most harshly rated. It is way above low 8’s and, in my opinion, is worthy of 9.5+ as I can not fault in any way (booking.com does not facilitate subtleties in ratings any more). The location could not be more central, the price was great value and all of the staff at reception and breakfast were lovely. The room was pristine and spacious, breakfast was fine and I had a lovely ovely view of the Torre with the sea to the side.

Situado na bonita ilha canária de La Gomera, com vista sobre a cidade e a vizinha Ilha de Tenerife, este fantástico Hotel Parador encontram-se no topo de uma colina, em maravilhosos jardins tropicais.... This Parador is lovely - situated on the hill overlooking the ocean - view can't be beat. Breakfast was terrific and dinner is highly recommended. Staff are friendly and always trying to be helpful.

Hotel Jardín Concha is located in Valle Gran Rey, on La Gomera’s west coast. The hotel has a roof terrace with fantastic views over the valley and the sea. A daily breakfast is served in the garden. The location was perfect — close to the bus station, the beach and walking trails.

Breakfast was amazing, too many options, high quality food, great service The pool, though smaller than I'd wish, was lovely, cooling after an hour of sunbathing, heating up through the day Waste bins were clearly labelled but I had no idea what to do with metal containers, there wasn't a bin for them - but the daily cleaning/housemaid service removed any from my room, so there was no problem
